Just to let you all know the swim sets are for all swimmers, if you think they are to hard for you, I would like to suggest that the way they are swam is quite easy. You find your time for 400mtrs and for the male you add 15seconds and for the female you add twenty, you then break the 400mtrs down to what ever is on the swimming schedule for that week. These swim sets are the same as the British team are doing and laid down by Bill Sweetenham the director of Great British swimming.
